Becoming an expert in the nCino KYC product solution and API integration capabilities.
API integration
Collaborating with the sales and onboarding teams, to understand the client's objectives & needs and to advise on the strategy for how nCino KYC should be implemented
Assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required; including completing technical responses to RFPs and RFIs as needed
Preparing technical presentations & specific product demos to explain the nCino KYC product & communicate the value of the solution to clients
Autonomously designing and delivering complex configurations in a way that addresses all of the client's objectives, while allowing for future scalability.
Proficient in Administrative tasks such as creating Profiles, Roles, Users, Page Layouts, Email Services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks and Events
Experience designing Custom Formula Fields, Field Dependencies, Validation Rules, Work Flows, and Approval Processes for automated alerts, field updates, and Email generation per application requirements
Highly professional with strong communication skills especially in solving complex credit related challenges in the financial services industry
Travel Requirements:
