JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION This position will serve as a Team Leader in School-Based Services with primary responsibilities of supervising a team of school-based therapists. The team leader will report to the Program Coordinator for School-Based/CCFT services. This position requires a master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy, or counseling. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative oversight for School-Based therapists to include caseload management, handling of referrals, monitoring productivity, and offering guidance and support (ideally 8-10 administrative staff) Attend administrative oversight with Program Coordinator Network with school administrators to ensure a supportive and productive environment for staff and maintain positive relationships with the administrators at the school district level Provide consultation and training to school staff as needed Complete all required reports accurately and in a timely manner Ensure appropriate onboarding and training for all new staff Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with other clinical staff and leaders within Centerstone in order to better facilitate services for clients Complete random client satisfaction surveys as directed Assist in trouble shooting with School-Based therapists to ensure their success in providing services Develop strategy for coverage of caseloads when a school therapist position is vacant Conduct staff evaluations at intervals determined for all staff on the team KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods Ability to grow and develop with extensive training opportunities A highly accountable, mature professional who listens actively and leads Self-motivated individual who can set and meet simultaneous short and long term performance Desire to be a part of a proven leader in the world of behavioral healthcare Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making regarding consumers
