Velocity: Chemical management platform Work as system admin to monitor platform and support user request.
Monitor new chemical registration and SDS.
Workday: Training management platform Work as system admin to upload training content into platform.
Tracking EHS training record from each site and upload into platform
Generate training report for each site.
Ideagen: Incident and audit management platform Work as system admin to monitor platform and support user request.
Generate incident and audit report for global team.
Support PR&PO process
Support EHS training tracking and update
Support PPE stock monitoring and tracking
Support Waste shipment process and document tracking
Support on emergency response drill
Other assignments from Global EHS and Nava EHS team.
