Requirements

• Diploma and/or Degree above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry

- Manage and prepare comprehensive cost estimates for all tender submissions - Source, evaluate, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors - Carry out quantity take-offs and cost breakdowns based on drawings, specifications, and document requirements - Review and interpret tender documents, including drawings, specifications, and contract requirements, to ensure full understanding of the project scope - Identify discrepancies in tender documents and raise timely clarification queries - Provide cost inputs and supporting data in accordance with tender submission requirements - Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors - Prepare tender costing sheets - Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of the works and deliverables
