Administer and support our Salesforce environment, including daily triage, user permissions, data updates, and troubleshooting across Sales and Service Cloud.
Build and maintain platform solutions including; flows, validation rules, and complex reports, to improve efficiency and reduce operational friction.
Partner with internal teams to shape the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritize the feature backlog, and align platform capabilities with business needs.
Analyze the root cause of incidents, design scalable solutions, and drive user adoption across the organization.
Uphold high standards for data security, audit compliance, and platform governance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a current Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels of technical understanding.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes and translate business needs into platform solutions.
Experience working in sandbox environments and deploying changes through structured release processes.
Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or additional Salesforce certifications.
Experience with marketing automation or subscription billing platforms.
Familiarity with CRM Analytics.
