The Team & Role Senior Customer Success Engineers (Sr CSEs) at Palo Alto Networks are product experts, strategic technical advisors, and assertive customer advocates. We are moving away from the traditional, reactive support responder model to act as outcome-driven engineers who proactively elevate our customers' overall security posture. This senior-level position is dedicated entirely to our enterprise customer footprint in France. Working within our Network Security organization, you will provide programmatic leadership and strategic advocacy for a dedicated portfolio of high-value, high-complexity enterprise environments running our Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) and Cloud-Delivered Security Services (CDSS) technologies and Strata Cloud Manager (SCM). As part of our global Scale & Optimize (S&O) transformation, you will run parallel service frameworks-delivering on legacy Focused Services accounts while programmatically architecting customer roadmaps under our next-generation premium success models.
