About the role
You will coordinate and teach Educational Leadership subjects across undergraduate and postgraduate Education programs within the School of Education. You will design, develop and deliver high-quality learning and assessment that meets internal quality assurance expectations and external accreditation requirements, using a blend of face-to-face, online and intensive teaching modes. You will assess student work, provide timely and constructive feedback, and maintain accurate assessment records and results. You will contribute to the School's research and scholarly activity through high-quality publications and participation in research projects. You will progress research initiatives from inception through to publication, and where appropriate play a significant role in the leadership of research activity. You will supervise Higher Degree by Research candidates in line with your level of appointment and support a strong research culture through collaboration and mentoring. You will build partnerships with colleagues across the School, Faculty and University, and foster relationships with stakeholders in the education sector. You will contribute to course and curriculum design, support strategic planning, and participate in governance and administrative responsibilities, including meetings and School community activities. You will also support professional experience placements and specific assessment activities such as the Teacher Performance Assessment and maintain contemporary knowledge of inclusion of children and young people in school education settings. About You PhD or EdD in Education Leadership Demonstrated tertiary teaching experience in the development of Educational Leadership curriculum across undergraduate and post graduate programs including in hybrid and campus-based delivery modes Evidence of research progression to publication, with HDR supervision experience or capability Evidence of capacity to build partnerships with the teaching profession

Full-time, Ongoing position at Academic Level B. Penrith campus with flexible working arrangements. Salary: $123,327 - $145,625 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. Teach Educational Leadership across undergraduate and postgraduate programs and build strong sector partnerships.
