About the role
Join our team on Bounty Dairy and play a key role in rearing our next generation dairy cattle. You'll be responsible for caring for young calves, feeding, weighing, drafting, drenching, and monitoring their health and welfare. You may also assist with milking and general farm duties when required. This is a drive in/drive out role, so reliable transport is required. THE FARM Bounty Dairy Unit is a 629-hectare property that winters 1,700 cows and milks 1,600 through a 60-bail rotary at peak. Located just ten minutes from Taupō, the farm offers the best of both worlds - close to town yet surrounded by lifestyle opportunities, including water sports, mountain biking, hunting, and fishing. The area also has a range of local schooling options, making it an ideal location for those looking to balance a rewarding farming career with family life and outdoor recreation. ABOUT YOU With a mix of roles available, we need some experience, and this is an opportunity for someone with no prior experience required, training is provided.
