Responsibilities

  • You will act as a trusted finance partner to commercial and cross-functional leaders, drive continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and reporting to enhance efficiency and insight generation.
  • You will lead or support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for A&P and Opex spend.
  • You will build business cases and P&Ls for innovation, portfolio, and revenue management initiatives, helping guide go/no-go decisions and track benefits.
  • You will deliver management reporting and variance analysis against plan and budget, while supporting period-end close activities with finance partners.
  • You will provide ad hoc analysis and project support to regional and commercial stakeholders as business needs evolve.
  • You will support the pricing process, ensuring it aligns with overall business strategy.
  • You will ensure marketing spend is controlled within budget and aligned with governance and company policies.

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Key skills:
  • You bring strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility across teams.
  • You have a solid understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • You are experienced in business case evaluation and investment analysis.
  • You are a strategic and analytical thinker who can challenge constructively, simplify complexity, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Exposure to auditing, controlling, statutory accounting, and commercial spend management will be an advantage.
