Position Summary : The Senior Manager, Community Building Programming oversees unified programming and strategies for Audubon's engagement hubs, including Conservation Action Centers, Sanctuaries, Community Chapters, Campus Chapters and other Next Generation programming. The position will ensure programming aligns with and contributes impact toward Audubon's strategic plan. Under the direction of the Vice President, Conservation Action, Centers and Sanctuaries, the Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, aligning, and scaling programs in collaboration with programming staff and conservation leaders across Audubon. They will partner closely with colleagues to ensure tracking of programmatic efforts to advance Audubon's Community Building goals. This role involves overseeing multiple projects in a dynamic and matrixed organizational environment. This position is classified as hybrid, in accordance with Audubon's "Where We Work" Policy. Hybrid employees are expected to work in an Audubon office every Monday and Tuesday and an additional two days each month of the employee's choosing. Candidates should be located within commuting distance of one of Audubon's centers or offices.
