Develop and maintain high-quality EHR product collateral for stakeholders including sales, implementation, support, training teams, and customers.
Simplify complex product features into clear documentation, videos, diagrams, and other collateral.
Collaborate with agile teams on design, usability, and workflow mapping to improve product experience.
Provide guidance on system capabilities, configuration options, and best practices.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of collateral by reviewing product updates and specifications.
Create and deliver multimedia content for new releases and feature enhancements.
Partner with regional teams to integrate best practices into training programs.
Requirements
Practical operational experience in healthcare organizations (quality, safety, care management, care coordination, PAS, analytics, etc.)
Background in EMR implementation, training, or product support.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Proficiency with documentation and multimedia tools (e.g. Confluence, Camtasia).
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Informatics, Health IT, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experince
Additional certifications in EMR systems or healthcare IT documentation are a plus.
InterSystems is providing a current good faith estimate of the anticipated base salary range for this position depending on a variety of factors including experience, education, skills, and performance.
Other compensation may include a discretionary annual variable target incentive.
