Position Overview
The Senior Director, Retail East Coast is responsible for shaping and driving the commercial performance of Diptyque's retail network across the Eastern & Central United States and Canada. This role oversees a complex, multi-market portfolio and is accountable for delivering sustained business growth while preserving the brand's elevated positioning. This role reports directly into the SVP, Sales - Americas.
As a key member of the retail leadership team, this role operates with full ownership of business outcomes, setting regional strategy, driving execution through a team of Area leaders and Store Director of our Madison Maison , and influencing cross-functional decision-making. The Senior Director ensures strong alignment between brand vision and in-store experience, while maintaining a sharp focus on profitability, operational discipline, and talent development.
This NYC-based role requires a highly visible leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and lead through influence across all levels of the organization.
