Responsibilities

Team leadership - coach, inspire, develop and manage a team of legally trained Policy Developers, as well as hiring and integrating new team colleagues. Monitor and oversee individual and team compliance with rule change management, submission and approval processes

Experience in payments, financial services, platforms or other network-based industries where rules govern participant behavior

Understanding of payment network governance models, including participant obligations, enforcement mechanisms and change management processes

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to payments, data, financial crime or consumer protection

Strong project management and cross-functional coordination

Ability to evaluate technology-assisted outputs using professional legal judgment and accountability

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
