- Stakeholder Management
- Represents manufacturing in D&E/PGP, ensuring an efficient NPI process.
- Communication at work center level with own module TS,CS,ME,SCE engineers.
- Own level and 3 levels higher with (non) Factory departments (engineers, PL).
- Aligning and influencing the level of PCM and management outside-Factory departments.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)
- Thorough experience in a technical production environment
- or
- Master degree in technical domain (e.g. mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics)
- Solid experience in a technical domain.

Context Expert knowledge of 1 module and advanced knowledge of a second module, expert/advanced knowledge on workprep, tooling, hardware, software. Covers all related ASML Factories (supporting) activities to assemble and test qualified modules and submodules into a complete system, including the optical fabrication processes.
