About you: As a New Member Consultant for ChangeGPS, a member of the Access Group family, you'll harness the power of our exceptional inbound marketing engine and cutting-edge strategic outbound campaigns to build meaningful relationships and drive real results. Day-to-day, you will: Be making your mark with high-volume outbound calling - every conversation is a new opportunity to connect and convert, tailoring your approach to specific challenges and goals - make it personal and make it count. Filling your calendar with meaningful customer conversations that build relationships and drive business forward and take centre stage with regular webinars, showcasing your expertise whilst connecting with multiple prospects at once. Jumping on every inquiry - website, email or phone - understand problems and show customers how our software solves it, whilst keeping your CRM spotless and delivering regular performance updates to your sale manager. Work hand in hand with onboarding and support teams to ensure new clients hit the ground running and love using our software from day on. Your skills and experiences might also include: Previous experience and proven success in inbound sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry Possessing consultative selling skills, asking probing questions and actively listening to customer needs CRM and sales tool proficiency - tracking and managing leads and maintaining accurate records Working seamlessly with marketing, customer success and product teams and adapting quickly when priorities shift or markets change.
