Position Summary Roles within Marketing are responsible for planning, executing and supporting B2C and B2B customer acquisition, energy efficiency, and Brand Marketing campaigns and customer communications. In addition, these roles will develop and implement local residential and commercial campaigns as well as manage the selection, purchase, distribution, & inventory of branded promotional item and coordinate tradeshow and community event activities, including registration, staffing and reporting. Plans and executes strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns and projects as assigned by the Team for the regulated/utility businesses. Essential Functions: Plans and executes and supports B2C and B2B customer acquisition, energy efficiency, and Brand Marketing campaigns and customer communications Develops and implements local residential and commercial campaigns Proofreads copy and creative for grammar, punctuation, and style in accordance with style and Brand guidelines Manages the selection, purchase, distribution, & inventory of branded promotional items Identifies and coordinates tradeshow and community event activities, including registration, staffing, and reporting Oversees the production and distribution of sales collateral. Maintains catalog of collateral and executes design and information updates. Maintains budget tracking and invoice submissions for payment Onboards all new vendors and assists with contract submissions for the department Leads Marketing content development and coordinates content calendar Creates annual strategic social media plan. Posts, reports, monitors, comments, and manages messages on social media platforms Assists with projects as needed
