담당 업무 LLM 기반 AI Agent 시스템 설계 및 개발 RAG 기반 정보 검색 및 응답 시스템 구축 Tool calling 및 API orchestration 기반 multi-step workflow 설계 Agent의 state 및 context 관리 포함 실행 흐름 설계 Agent 성능 개선을 위한 evaluation / feedback loop 설계 및 운영 다양한 내부/외부 시스템(API, DB 등)과 Agent 통합 및 운영 자격 요건 단순 LLM 활용이 아닌, Agent 시스템 E2E 구축 및 운영 경험 필수 LLM 기반 Agent 시스템을 직접 설계 및 구현한 경험 RAG 시스템을 실제 서비스 수준으로 구축 및 운영해본 경험 Tool calling 또는 API orchestration 기반 multi-step workflow 구현 경험 Agent의 실행 흐름 (state management, context handling 등)을 설계해본 경험 Agent 성능 개선을 위한 evaluation 또는 feedback loop 설계 경험 다양한 시스템(API, DB 등)과 Agent를 통합하여 운영해본 경험 우대 사항 실제 서비스 환경에서 Agent 시스템 운영 및 안정화 경험 (latency, cost, reliability) multi-agent 시스템 설계 경험 LangChain / LangGraph 또는 자체 Agent framework 사용 경험 사용자 행동 기반 Agent 개선 경험 (로그 분석, A/B 테스트 등) prompt engineering을 넘어 system-level 설계 경험 실패 케이스 분석 및 Agent 개선 경험 (hallucination, tool failure, context loss 등) LLM-assisted development (AI Agentic coding) 기반 개발 경험
