2+ years of financial industry experience

Strong organizational skills including prioritizing targets during a busy period of client meetings
Self-starter, entrepreneurial and goal oriented, with a high level of accountability and drive

Blackstone is seeking a business development professional to support the effort to proactively develop new clients and expand relationships with sophisticated family offices, RIAs and endowments and foundations across the entire Blackstone platform. The Private Capital team is looking for an analyst or associate who is organized, detail-oriented and client centric. The key function of the role will be to support business development efforts across the West Coast.
Help identify and cultivate high quality relationships with family offices; this includes supporting the effort to develop goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics to create meaningful relationships with family offices, RIAs and endowments and foundations, resulting in a consistent awareness of Blackstone's strategies and growth in assets under management
Collaborate on various research projects utilizing internal and external resources to help grow the business
Maintain a high level of prospecting activity to map the West Coast market
