Lead and develop a team of cost calculators across Belgium and the Netherlands
Defines approach and generates concepts within the capabilities
Drafts technical concepts for complex projects in terms of packaging lines and designs
Manages the opportunity life cycle including revisions, scope changes and alternative concepts
Supports the Business Development team in defending bids towards customers in innovative forms
Ensures complete knowledge transfers of calculation data to the project team
Exploring innovative new technology, systems and/or packaging materials to support future business needs.
Identify risks early and drive proactive mitigation actions
Ensure alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners
Safeguard quality, completeness, and consistency of commercial proposals for commercial packaging site in Belgium, The Netherlands and the UK
Drive structure, planning, and transparency across complex opportunities
Profile
Bachelor or Master Level
Experience in leading a team
Experience with Salesforce, ERP and solid experience MS Office
Communicates fluently in Dutch and English, spoken and written
Preferred GMP knowledge

As a Lead Project & Sales Support Europe, you play a pivotal role in supporting our European Commercial Business Development team.
In this role, you will lead a team of cost calculators based in Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring accurate, competitive, and high-quality commercial proposals and the support of the Business Development team.
You are responsible for keeping deadlines and overall calculations and proposal progress on track. Including the analyses of the request, definition of the approach and generation of the packaging process concept within the capabilities of the commercial packaging sites in Belgium, The Netherlands and the UK with a proactive mindset, you identify potential risks early and swiftly activate mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution. You act as a key connector between internal teams, sales and customers., Aligning stakeholders and ensuring that all inputs are coordinated effectively.
Your attention to detail and structured approach ensure that every aspect of our commercial proposals is thoroughly prepared, consistent, and of the highest standard. This to enable further growth of our commercial packaging sites.
