About you: As a QA Engineer in our Marketing Web Development team, you'll have at least 2 years of QA /testing experience. You'll be the person making sure everything we do - from big website launches to small daily fixes - meets our high standards and works brilliantly for users. Every line you write and every feature you build helps real businesses discover solutions that transform their operations. You'll demonstrate excellent communication skills and can advise stakeholders at various levels, making recommendations based on risk, commercial factors and quality objectives - showing strong understanding of best practice QA principles. Day-to-day, you will be focused on: Quality Advocacy & Collaboration - advise, coach & collaborate with stakeholders Test Execution & Coverage - design and execute manual testing to a high standard Automation & Efficiency - develop automation integrations and campaign workflows Compliance & Standards - validateWCAG2.1 AA accessibility compliance and ensure data form validation and data capture accuracy Risk Management & process Improvement - follow risk-based testing approach and make risk-based recommendations Flexibility - adapt testing approach based on urgency and business priority - with a willingness to work out of hours to deliver software releases if required Your skills and experiences might also include: Testing & Automation - Domain specific expertise (essential) Web Testing Knowledge (essential) IATQB/IAEB Foundation in Software testing (ideally) Experience using Azure DevOps boards and Asana for defect tracking & test management (ideally) Experience with Unbraco CMS or similar enterprise CMS platforms (ideally) Familiarity with CI/CD piplelines and automated deployment testing Knowledge of Playwright for agentic testing & testing tools such as axe, WAVE, NVDA What are we all about?
