You will directly mentor a dedicated team of alliance professionals while personally spearheading the revitalization and expansion of a high-potential partner network from the ground up. 1. Strategic Relationship Management Build, cultivate, and maintain trust-based, C-suite relationships (CEO, CTO, and Practice Leaders) within essential Japanese and global ecosystems, including: Top Japanese Domestic SIers: NTT Data, Fujitsu, Hitachi, and NEC. Global Systems Integrators (GSIs): Accenture, KPMG, PwC, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Capgemini, Cognizant, and Infosys. Strategic Hyperscalers: AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. 2. Team Leadership & Coaching Manage, mentor, and inspire a focused team of alliance managers in Tokyo to achieve and exceed regional ecosystem and revenue growth targets. 3. Territory & Ecosystem Expansion Architect and execute the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) process for new and underserved territories. Oversee the strategic recruitment, structured onboarding, and long-term enablement of a highly capable partner network. 4. Transformation Excellence Pivot partner relationships from "transactional" to "transformational." Enable partners to lead large-scale core system migrations and establish high-maturity OutSystems Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within their delivery arms. 5. Joint Demand Generation & Sales Alignment Co-design rigorous, data-driven demand generation plans with partners, establishing clear KPIs and maintaining healthy joint sales pipelines. Foster "one-team" collaboration between internal OutSystems Account Executives and partner sales representatives through synchronized account planning and proactive executives introductions. 6. Governance & Performance Accountability Maintain a disciplined, executive-level cadence to track, evaluate, and course-correct joint business plans, providing transparent reporting on the overall health and revenue impact of the Japanese alliance network. Qualifications & Requirements (応募資格・条件) We are seeking an established industry leader who commands deep respect within the Japanese enterprise IT sector. Industry Experience: Minimum of 12 years of enterprise software experience, specifically managing regional sales channels, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), domestic SIers, and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs). SaaS Alliance Leadership: Proven, demonstrable track record of successfully building, scaling, and managing a partner ecosystem for a top-tier global SaaS or cloud software provider. Established Network: A "Day 1" ready, active executive network within the major Japanese SIers (NTT Data, Fujitsu, etc.), GSIs, and Hyperscalers. Strategic Transformation Capability: Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling large partners to successfully deliver high-value, complex enterprise digital transformation projects.
