The Senior Wealth Advisor is responsible for developing, leading, and managing relationships with high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth clients (UHNW), typically holding $3-$40 million in investable assets, and collaborating on more complex relationships in excess of $40 million to $150+ million. Acting as the primary relationship lead, the Senior Wealth Advisor serves as the strategic quarterback for the client relationship, partnering with internal specialists-including trust officers, private bankers, portfolio managers, and financial wealth planners-to deliver fully integrated, fiduciary aligned wealth solutions. Success in this role requires advanced technical expertise in wealth planning and a demonstrated ability to orchestrate multidisciplinary collaboration in complex client situations. The Senior Wealth Advisor is accountable for driving organic growth through business development, client retention, and expansion of relationships across trust, investment management, financial planning, and banking services. This includes converting senior executive level opportunities and consistently delivering exceptional client experience while adhering to all regulatory, fiduciary, and risk management standards. What you'll do: Business Development & Growth Source and convert HNW/UHNW prospects via COIs (attorneys, CPAs, business owners), strategic events, and internal bank referrals; manage the pipeline from identification to onboarding. Achieve annual goals for Net New Assets (NNA), revenue growth for trust, banking/lending, wealth planning, and investments. Establish and build market presence through centers of influence, thought leadership, and targeted community engagement. Consult with senior and executive leaders on sales growth strategies and execute on plans across designated market. Relationship Leadership & Orchestration Act as the primary relationship lead-diagnose needs, design relationship plans, convene internal specialists, and ensure coordinated execution. Conduct structured annual and quarterly reviews; oversee client reporting, risk profiling, and service SLAs. Champion holistic advice including investment strategy, credit solutions, estate/trust structuring, tax-aware planning, philanthropy, and family governance.
