Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end US recruitment for technical and business roles
  • Drive direct sourcing efforts using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape profiles, define strategy, and deliver results

  • Experience partnering with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, providing strategic input on hiring decisions, not just coordinating logistics
  • Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound sourcing strategies, and talent market research
  • Hands-on experience working with ATS tools (SmartRecruiters preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles independently, prioritize effectively, and own results from start to finish
  • Excellent communication skills and ease in collaborating across time zones, teams, and cultures

Additional Information

Mirantis is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our global hiring across engineering, product, and customer-facing functions. This is a contract position for a strong individual contributor who can independently manage searches, build pipelines, and influence hiring outcomes in a distributed team. You'll play a key role in helping Mirantis scale - hiring people who shape the core of our cloud-native platform, open-source products, and go-to-market execution.
