The Senior Cost Manager / Estimator is responsible for the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed cost estimates utilizing historical benchmarking data, market intelligence, and industry experience to deliver accurate and reliable project cost forecasts. This role supports the execution of cost management services across a variety of project types and delivery methods, working closely with architects, engineers, owners, and contractors to ensure a clear understanding of project scope and cost drivers. The Senior Cost Manager / Estimator is responsible for managing assigned projects, contributing to estimate development across all phases of design, and supporting cost control efforts throughout the project lifecycle. This position includes estimating execution, coordination with project stakeholders, and participation in quality assurance processes. The role also contributes to team development, client interaction, and continuous improvement of estimating practices. This position reports to senior leadership within the cost management team.
