Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Associate degree or technical certificate in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Industrial Electronics, or related field
• 3-5 years of hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in AC/DC motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and control panels
• Experience with PLC-based systems and the ability to interpret ladder logic
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings
• LOTO certification and NFPA 70E Electrical Safety awareness
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions including heights and confined spaces

This is a full-time role with a typical schedule of 40+ hours per week, with opportunities for overtime. The position follows a 4-day workweek (three 12-hour shifts) and Saturday mornings.
