Job Overview/Summary: Prepare daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks) for staff and guests as required. Ensure food is cooked in a timely and efficient manner. Accommodate dietary requirements, restrictions, or preferences (e.g., vegetarian, medical diets). Plan menus in coordination with the Supply Chain team. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas. Ensure proper food handling, storage, and preservation practices. Regularly clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and working surfaces. Monitor stock levels of food items and kitchen supplies. Ensure proper storage to minimize wastage and spoilage. Maintain records of food consumption and stock usage. Ensure the kitchen environment is organized and safe. Maintain and report on the condition of kitchen equipment. Support in setting up meals during meetings, workshops, or special events.
