About the role
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager. The role will primarily report into the Supply Planning Associate Director. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidate must have the right attitude, be prepared to roll their sleeves up and be an excellent problem solver. This person will have a broad range of responsibilities across all aspects of Supply planning, people management & development. You will be working close together with various business partners in our Business units, GBS & Global Operations teams. Also, this person leads supply planning execution and capability for the in-scope business units and planning scope, ensuring reliable service, stable plans, and strong stakeholder partnership while developing a high-performing team. In brief, you will be responsible for: Lead a high-performing Supply planning team Supply Planning for a network of factories to ensure the efficient & effective management of Service, Inventory & Cost to meet customer & consumer demand Implement global strategies for Supply planning- ensuring accurate and efficient supply chain operations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to align supply chain activities Responsible for driving Process excellence initiatives using CI framework and application of Lean practices Lead and drive Service reviews of KPIs and governance meetings to action continuous improvements with the team Identify opportunities across the E2E supply chain to enable KHC operations cost improvement and process standardization Service and supply reliability performance is achieved for the in-scope network (e.g., CFR/OTIF and related KPIs) Plans are accurate, stable, and operationally executable across plants, co-packers, and distribution nodes Stakeholders experience clear communication, predictable routines, and strong follow-through Team capability and engagement improve through coaching, standards, and development Planning processes and digital tools are adopted consistently and correctly Operating model: Cross-functional partnership with Customer Service, Demand Planning, Plants, Logistics/Transportation, and Finance Core responsibilities Own the weekly and daily planning cadence for the in-scope portfolio (supply review, constraint review, exception management) Ensure feasible supply plans aligned to demand and capacity; drive resolution of shortages and constraints Lead scenario planning and trade-off decisions (service vs inventory vs cost) with clear recommendations Ensure effective management of allocations, substitutions, and recovery plans when disruptions occur Maintain plan governance to avoid last-minute firefighting through earlier visibility and escalation
