Data Analysis & SQL
Use SQL as a core skill to analyse, validate, and explain data across multiple operational and analytical data stores.
Support engineering teams by validating business logic, metrics, and outputs using real data.
Perform ad‑hoc and exploratory analysis to answer business questions and support decision‑making.
Collaboration & Delivery Support
Work closely with data engineers and developers to: Clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
Validate data models and reporting outputs
Support impact analysis for new features and enhancements
Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency between business requirements, data definitions, and system behavior .
Domain & Compliance Awareness
Develop a working understanding of platforms supporting broadband and managed service providers , such as subscriber lifecycle, service management, operational visibility, and platform health.
Ensure requirements and analysis consider relevant compliance, security, and audit expectations (e.g. PCI and related frameworks).
Support traceability of requirements and data for audit and governance needs.
Documentation & Communication
Create and maintain clear documentation including: Business and functional requirements
Data definitions and business rules
Analytical assumptions and validations
Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders , ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
Required Qualifications:
Experience & Skills
Overall 10+ years of experience.
3-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst , Data Analyst, or similar role in data‑driven or platform‑based environments.
Strong hands‑on experience with SQL for querying and analysing data.
Proven ability to work closely with engineering and data teams .
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into data and system requirements.
