Serve as a central integrator across the program-coordinating schedules, staffing, budgets, and priorities to keep execution on track
Support daily operations by synchronizing activities across contracts, teams, and stakeholders
Partner with Assistant Program Managers (APMs) and leadership to align priorities, resolve issues, and drive outcomes
Consolidate inputs across teams to develop Monthly Status Reports and leadership-level deliverables
Track and manage program staffing requirements, ensuring alignment with customer needs
Identify program risks and inhibitors, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and provide staffing updates to senior TAGM leadership
Develop briefings, dashboards, and decision-support materials (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
Track program deliverables and ensure timely execution across multiple workstreams
Manage program communications, including inbox coordination, travel requests, overtime tracking, and reporting
Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, coordination, and visibility across the program
Required Experience/Skills
Master's degree
10+ years of experience supporting an Army Project Office or similar DoD environment
Strong background in program coordination, operations, and administrative leadership
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute across multiple competing tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance
Desired Experience/Skills
Army veteran with HQ Project Office experience
Experience coordinating across multiple military services and federal agencies
Familiarity with TAGM or similar acquisition environments
Experience developing processes, workflows, and tracking systems to improve program execution
Proficiency with Power BI or data visualization tools
Ability to operate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational discipline with a focus on efficiency and mission impact
