About the role

Responsibilities
- Acts as a subject matter expert and super-user in all registration applications, workflows, and Regularly works within the standard duties of back-office team members to fill in scheduling gaps and stay current in workflows and understanding challenges and the patient experience.
- Participates in leadership meetings and huddles; attends meetings and trainings; participates in committees.
- Creates, reviews, and implements policies and procedures.
- Monitors all RQA reports and performs audits on a weekly basis or other frequency as Reports results and any feedback for process improvement to staff and manager.
- Represents back office as subject matter expert and leader on special projects.
- Acts as liaison among providers, clinical staff, non-clinical staff, and administration. Ensures that the back-office team is working with the clinical team to meet the goals and objectives for optimal patient access, patient flow, and scheduling.

- Performs other duties as assigned. Must by HIPAA compliant.

Requirements
- Two years of health care experience in an administrative environment preferred.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
