A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field
3-5 years of procurement, supply chain, finance, or consulting experience
Advanced ability to manipulate and analyze large sets of data, to build actionable reccomendations
Must have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills; include formal presentation experience with the ability to prepare and deliver presentations
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) as well as Outlook, any experience with ArrowStream's system/data or any other Supply Chain Technology Software is a plus
Ability to build a positive work environment and maintain strong cross functional working relationships
Job responsibility requires travel, up to 20% of time
Preferred: previous negotiation experience

Essential Duties:
Develop and maintain sourcing strategies for food and packaging
Own supplier relationships to consistently improve supply performance: Cost/Service/Innovation
Direct and influence cross functional departments
Constant evaluation of contracts and deals to better serve the franchisee network
Coordinate formal RFP process to ensure better price and quality
Create long term strategies to support FHS growth
Maintain and verify supplier pricing and formulas
Responsible for key performance indicators
