Summary of Duties
The Conduct Support Specialist provides centralized organizational leadership for the Center for Community Standards. This role is responsible for developing, identifying and implementing policies related to board member management and hearing scheduling. This position will also lead Center for Community Standards recruitment efforts in alignment with WSU policies. This position manages a complex caseload, incident report intake, interprets university policies, and serves as a primary point of contact for students, faculty, and campus partners regarding all Center for Community Standards processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Positions require a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in student services or related education/experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience. Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis.
Additional Requirements
Computer knowledge, including proficiency with Windows based computer system and Microsoft applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
