Key areas of digital marketing which Cheil Shared-Service Centre will deliver: Centralized production and Publishing centre SEO To facilitate the delivery of Cheil's services to the client, the role of Digital Account Executive is key. This position will be reporting to the Digital Account Director. Role & Responsibility: Support Client to manage operations to acquire more quality traffic and improve on-site experience, eventually driving more e-shop conversions by improving Content publishing and SEO implementation. Content Publishing Manage publishing for Client with understanding about global general / whole process from asset sourcing to web production Ensure content governance and audit of websites for content quality and accuracy based on Content Guidelines and brief Monitor and manage monthly product publishing rate, performance and report Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned client accounts. Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations. SEO QA and coordinate on RHQ-led monthly SEO report Coordination of SEO implementation plan between RHQ-led strategy, shared-service office and Client SEO copy localization Post execution insights reporting to Client
