Position Title: Technical Engineer Location: Suzhou, China - Onsite Position Overview: The Technical Engineer is an application expert with a high level of knowledge and expertise in company products and the application equipment used for these products within the appropriate markets for the geography/business unit in which they work. Primary Responsibilities: - be the market expert on everything that can affect the performance of our products -to include substrates, manufacturing processes, application methods, equipment, proper use of the adhesive, impact of plant conditions and the end use of the customer product. - collaborate with the commercial teams to support key accounts and opportunities aligned with the business objectives through training and onsite or remote application startup, troubleshooting and ongoing support. - support innovation by identifying opportunities and new trends in the market, communicating them into the organization and helping to launch new products and technologies. - Support the launch of new products by working closely with marketing, sales and R&D, identify new market trends, gather feedback from peers, work on new product development projects and improve the technical capabilities of the sales force. Minimum Requirements: 1. Bachelor's and master's degrees, majoring in electronics, chemistry or related fields. 2. More than 5 years of knowledge about adhesive products, application processes and related industries. 3. Possess proficient operation skills of dispensing equipment. 4. Be familiar with the pre-coating process and technology of fasteners. 5. Possess good presentation and expression skills. 6. Possess fluent English reading, writing and oral communication skills.
