While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses. 仕事内容/What the Role Entails As a Senior Solution Architect at Tencent Cloud in Tokyo, Japan, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering tailored cloud solutions for clients across various industries. Your expertise in cloud computing and system architecture will enable you to address complex business challenges and industry-specific needs. Acting as a key liaison between customers and our backend team, you will ensure clear communication, efficient project execution, and client satisfaction. Act as the primary point of communication between clients and the backend team, ensuring alignment on requirements and industry standards while closely tracking project progress. At least 5 years of experience in public cloud pre-sales, solution architecture, or similar roles. Expertise in cloud computing technologies, including experience with KVM, Xen, or LxC virtualization. Solid understanding of system architectures and the ability to address industry-specific ecosystems and business needs. Professional working proficiency in Japanese is required , Proficiency in Chinese would be highly regarded but is not mandatory. Familiarity with the J apan market, particularly in industries such as gaming, finance, or e-commerce. Experience working with or supporting local enterprises in adopting cloud technologies.
