DPR Construction Europe, an upcoming player in the construction of data center and life science projects, is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland. We are seeking a motivated Senior Electrical Package Manager to join our high-impact life science and data center projects. This position will be based in the Frankfurt area . Role Overview Electrical Systems Management: Manage the delivery of Electrical Systems packages through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Lead electrical subcontractors and trade interfaces, manage installation sequencing, testing, and commissioning, energisation processes, and drive issue resolution through close-out. Oversee MV/LV scopes, including busbar systems, earthing & bonding, and coordinate closely with the Client commissioning team and key OFCI suppliers during installation and commissioning. Manage LOTO procedures and electrical safety compliance and awareness on-site. Provide participation and technical advisory support during preconstruction and tendering stages Design & Technical Oversight: Review electrical design specifications, drawings, cable schedules, and schematics; manage technical queries, RFIs, and submittals; be involved in 3D BIM coordination to support constructability, clash resolution, and accurate installation and commissioning plans Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with key project stakeholders, including clients, main contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors, to facilitate smooth project execution, ensure deliverables and standards are met Safety & Quality Assurance: Work with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to implement and manage site safety plans, control of RAMS, and quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, i.e,. LOTO procedures, electrical safety awareness, switching plans, testing and commissioning scripts, and the oversight of SAP, AP, and other authorised electrical personnel Project & Schedule Management: Track and manage project schedules, procurement timelines, subcontractor progress, testing and commissioning process, and manpower levels to ensure timely project completion Site Operations & Reporting: Oversee daily site operations and progress, manage work packages, issue weekly reports, manage and close out issues, and track costs to support efficient project execution Role Requirements Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Field Experience: Minimum 10-years of experience within the construction industry. Preferred minimum 5-year experience in Data Centers or Pharma projects. Experience in electrical system design, installation, testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover for construction Projects. Familiarity with site inspections, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards and safety regulations Technical Skills: Knowledge of engineering software (e.g., Autodesk, P6 Primavera, Navisworks). Strong understanding of MV & LV power distribution, lighting, and small power, lightning protection, earthing & bonding, busbar system, UPS and Generators, controls and protection, fire alarm, BMS & PMS, and communication systems Language: advanced German (B1 or B2) and fluent English Workstyle: Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
