Responsibilities
- Deliver aligned CS & progress for GENTEX projects, which is accomplished by: Identifying, planning & scheduling all CS tasks for existing and new programs.
- Aligning and documenting the strategy on how planned CS activities will be executed.
- Defining and tracking valuable PS & KPIs for assigned programs.
- Perform proactive communication, interpretation, documentation & delegation, which is accomplished by: Identifying and managing program stakeholders for the planned CS activities.

- WHAT TO BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.
- Comprehension of TIER 1 and OEM PS&S-relevant processes and standards.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as necessary.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- WHAT WILL HELP
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO21434, ISO27001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
