Job Details Manager, Global Research Group Location: (Hybrid) Toronto, Canada Primary Objective Delivery of high-quality/high-impact insights and analytics in Brand , Creative and Innovation solutions Scope of Role Deliver brand, creative, and innovation insights & analytics projects, including brand performance, measurement, creative testing, and innovation projects. Execute or oversee work products such as questionnaires, project schedules, forms, and deliverables. Contribute to analysis and reporting on medium to high complexity accounts with manager guidance; independently handle less complex work. Participate in study design and questionnaire discussions, taking the lead role as appropriate . Conduct data analysis, generate insights, and perform preliminary reporting. Manage timelines and work processes, collaborating with internal departments and clients. Identify and solve project issues as they arise and perform in-depth quality checks to ensure accuracy. Provide supervision, coaching and mentoring to junior client service staff as required , share knowledge and teach job skills as necessary, oversee and review the work of junior client service staff Develop and maintain strong client relationships Take an active role in team activities and contribute to overall culture and team atmosphere Essential Knowledge & Experience Minimum 4-5 years M arket research experience with direct involvement in the execution , project management and analysis of quantitative research including delivering results to clients - Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines - Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools) - D etail-orientat ed with ability to manage multiple work streams across multiple teams - Clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem solving and command action - Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and willing to take initiative - Ability to present to both internal and external audiences - Bachelor's degree; preferred major or concentration in market research/marketing or related social science, mathematics and/or other analytic disciplines Why join Kantar?
