We are seeking a proven Strategic Accounts Onboarding Manager to personally lead onboarding for our most strategic accounts - and simultaneously build the program, playbooks, and infrastructure that will define how wealth.com scales its onboarding function. This is a dual role: you will be both a practitioner and a builder. On one hand, you will be the primary point of contact for our highest-value enterprise clients - RIAs, broker-dealers, and private wealth firms - delivering a white-glove onboarding experience that sets the tone for long-term partnership. On the other, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership, designing the frameworks, training assets, in-product resources, and playbooks that allow our Onboarding Specialists to execute consistently at scale. This role requires deep fluency in the wealth management industry. Our strategic clients span RIA, BD, and private wealth channels - and this person needs to walk into those conversations with genuine domain expertise, not just a product script.
