Selection Criteria: Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia. Possess, or be eligible for, specialist registration in Clinical Haematology and Haematology Pathology with the Medical Board of Australia; Possess Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and Royal College of Pathologists Australasia or equivalent as per Staff Specialist NSW State Award; Demonstrated knowledge, skills and high standards of clinical practice in Clinical Haematology and Haematology Pathology commensurate to experience with experience in stem cell transplant and cellular therapies, or a fellowship in a haematology interest area Experience in high-quality research (basic, translational or clinical research, or informatics) relevant to the development of new knowledge and practices, commensurate with work in an academic teaching hospital environment. Ability to build and support teams, embrace change, earn respect, and foster loyalty; Ability to provide compassionate care as evidenced by recent experience in a multidisciplinary team environment; Demonstrated commitment to teaching at specialty registrar, junior medical officer and/or undergraduate levels.
