Operational Excellence: Deep familiarity with SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident response and chaos engineering. Execution & Collaboration: Proven ability to drive cross-team initiatives in complex environments; strong written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; ability to balance long-term platform investments with short-term impact; Team Development: Demonstrated success in hiring, developing, and retaining strong engineering talent; Process-Driven : Experience establishing and improving engineering processes.
