You'll need: Senior level proven experience in supply chain strategy, network design or capacity planning within a large-scale environment Strong analytical capability, with experience building or interpreting complex network models and data sets Demonstrated expertise in distribution networks, including facility location, flow optimisation and throughput improvement Commercial acumen and experience developing business cases for major investments Confident stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels Experience leading and developing teams in analytical or strategic functions Familiarity with supply chain technologies (e.g. WMS, TMS, network planning tools) and automation concepts A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent field Post graduate qualifications or certifications in network design, supply chain planning or operations research methodologies is highly regarded You'll be part of a workplace where you'll feel like you belong.
