Job Details: Contract Duration: 1 year (Jan - Dec 2027) Location: near to MRT Novena Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Range: $3,800- $4,800 Job Scope: International Event Implementation Manage end-to-end coordination of international events, including vendor management, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution Oversee participant logistics such as RSVP tracking, travel coordination, and on-site event operations Support post-event processes, including documentation of outcomes and follow-up actions for relevant workstreams General Support Assist in coordinating initiatives across One Health-related areas, including planning and administrative support Prepare communication materials and support the organisation of workshops, meetings, and capacity-building activities Provide secretariat support, including scheduling, documentation, note-taking, and research or briefing materials where required Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile.
