About the role

Serves as a Business Manager in the Rooms Division of the Hale Koa Hotel. 2026 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%. The first cut-off date will be on 12 June 2026. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities (KSAs) as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: - Must communicate clearly & effectively both orally and in writing - Have working experience in customer service - Be able to work independently under pressure - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": - Served as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) - Held a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) certification - Knowledge of Government Purchase Card (GPC) regulations
