We are looking for an IP Admin Analyst to join our wider IP Operations team in Belgrade. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Proficient knowledge of English language Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience It would be great if you also have . . . 1 year of experience in relevant IP field Paralegal qualification, IP training/certificates or equivalent are considered as a bonus Customer care or support experience, direct communication with customers/clients What will you be doing in this role? Supporting patent related projects and ensuring back-up operational support to clients and supervisors Supporting paralegals and patent attorneys in prosecuting patent applications and registrations with local and international IP offices, directly or via outside counsel Gathering and providing outside counsels with information and documentation necessary to prosecute/maintain patent applications/registrations Creating summaries and status reports of patent matters for clients Staying up to date with procedural changes and evolving regulations in international IP legislation and offices Issuing invoices and reviewing outside counsel invoices for accuracy
