About the role

The Change Manager - People Systems Optimisation is responsible for leading and embedding organisational change associated with a transformation program , as well as the ongoing enhancement, optimisation and expansion of Workday across Tennis Australia. With Workday already implemented , t his role focuses on driving adoption of new modules, system enhancements, process improvements, and releases. The role ensures that changes are successfully embedded into the organisation through strong change governance, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift. T his role is a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role you will: Develop change strategies aligned to the Workday transformation program, Workday release cycles and roadmap . Conduct impact assessments for system and process changes across the employee lifecycle . Lead stakeholder engagement for Workday improvements and new functionality . Partner with L&D to design and deliver ongoing Workday learning . Track system adoption, usage metrics and user feedback, whil st identifying and implementing improvement opportunities . Work closely with Tennis's Internal Communications team to design and deliver targeted communication strategies for system updates and enhancements . About you To be successful in this role you will have : Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, Organisational Development or related discipline (preferred) . Significant experience delivering change within HR systems, ideally Workday or similar cloud-based HCM platforms . Experience supporting post-implementation optimisation, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives . Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and leaders . Understanding of digital HR transformation trends and employee experience design . A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain) . Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia . What's to love?
