REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
Professional Experience
10+ years in enterprise, infrastructure, or solution architecture
Proven experience designing resilient hybrid architectures at large enterprise scale
Experience supporting architecture governance frameworks and ARB processes
Financial services or highly regulated industry experience preferred
Infrastructure & Platforms
Data center infrastructure and storage/compute resiliency patterns
Server virtualization platforms (VMware / private cloud)
Network resiliency and redundancy architectures
Cloud Architecture
Public cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP
Hybrid and multi-region cloud architectures
Cloud DR strategies and automated failover patterns
Recovery & Continuity
Disaster Recovery architecture and backup/restore platforms
Database recovery, replication, and PiTR implementations
Messaging resiliency - Kafka, MQ, Solace
Architecture Governance
Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and standards development
Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)

ROLE OVERVIEW:
Technology Resiliency Architect is a senior hands-on architect responsible for embedding resiliency by design across the enterprise technology landscape.
