Provide s input to the Director of Nursing (DON) and Director of Operations (DOO) o n the competency program adherence and provides educational support for the clinicians as needed for skills development based on identified trends
Reviews and maintains quality assurance (QA) for nurses' notes submitted
Reviews and reports daily to the DON and DOO, the Clinical Widget within KT
Reviews and reports clinical and quality metrics trends to clinical leadership as required
Reviews, maps, and reports eFaxes to the DON & DOO
Provides preceptee & orientation training , to include any re-education , for all clinicians
Communicates with multidisciplinary team during weekly meetings and as needed
Assists in answering calls within the office
Assists clinicians with charting or other immediate questions
Conducts in-home shift work up to designated hours
Demonstrates effective communication with the patient / family while maintaining an appropriate nurse-patient relationship
Promotes employee engagement and retention
Demonstrates ability to manage job related stressors and constructive feedback during intra/interdepartmental relations
Reviews & reports clinical and quality metrics trends to the DON & DON

ROLE QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
LPN, LVN Nursing Degree . Unencumbered License in the state of employment or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact where recognized .
1 + years of related experience
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively teach
Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment that supports quality care/service and staff empowerment
Self-directed individual with high organizational and priority setting abilities.
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver license with proof of insurance.
Ability to travel to Family First office locations and patient homes throughout designated area
Clear background screening.
Must provide valid and current CPR card/certificate that includes in person instructor led hands-on skills check.

WORKING CONDITIONS/EQUIPMENT USE
Position is stressful in terms of meeting deadlines.
It is primarily a desk job which essentially involves sitting, standing, stooping, and walking, as well as an inordinate amount of telephone communication.
It requires minimal lifting of office records and printouts.
Travel may be required by car or airplane to local, out-of-town, or state seminars, conferences, or meetings.
Must ability to read 12 point and larger type, communicate clearly and be able to hear adequately on the telephone with no more than an amplifier.
