Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required, strong preference for Masters Degree. CPM preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant business experience with strong industry preference of medical device or adjacent electro-mechanical industries (i.e. automotive).
- People management experience in the procurement function with experience leading a global team within a matrixed environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, influence, and negotiate across the network (commercial, R&D, engineering and manufacturing) building credibility with stakeholders.
- Travel Required (Domestic primarily to suppliers or Kaizen events) - up to 15%
