Laboratory Technician

About the role

ALS Water operates a modern laboratory in Hume, Canberra equipped with the latest technologies. We strive to exceed client expectations by delivering quality results on time and by maintaining strong relationships. We currently have two entry level full-time roles available supporting our Algae and Micro teams. We're looking for hardworking and dedicated team members to assist with preparing and analysing water and soil samples, interpreting results and ensuring data accuracy through LIMS. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining microbiological analysis equipment, meeting strict turnaround times, and adhering to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives both independently and in a collaborative environment. We have two opportunities available covering - Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:06 PM. We also require additional support during weekends, ASAP start!
